I'm Jim Hardy, a Property Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Coachella Valley since September of 2017.

With more than 26 years of experience in leadership, training and customer service, along with my background as a U.S. Navy veteran, I understand the value of preparation, communication and following through when details become complicated. Years of public speaking through Toastmasters and a competitive wrestling career taught me the same lesson: show up prepared, stay direct and do the work.
